Straight from the 1970’s comes a resurgence in trail mix. Not just loaded with protein from nuts and soybeans, but also gives extra energy from dried fruits that contain antioxidants. Not to mention, it just tastes good.
Be sure to consume these diet protein foods as part of a well balanced diet, as opposed to in large quantities on their own.
